Co-Op - Intern Program

Most college students want challenging, practical work experiences to find out more about their discipline, to explore career opportunities, to understand how business really works, and to expand their horizons. Air Products has been providing these opportunities to students for over forty years. 

We offer cooperative education and internship assignments throughout the year, in addition to the more traditional summer internships. Assignment durations are flexible and can be tailored to your specific academic calendar.

Practical work experience is the core of the program. But other skills are vital too. So we provide training sessions, seminars, local plant tours, brown bag lunches and more. These activities provide an atmosphere in which co-ops and interns can network and develop lasting relationships, not only with each other, but also with other Air Products employees.
