Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking an experienced ERP Manager for its Tempe, AZ facility.
The ERP Manager position will support all aspects of the ERP platform within the DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials business. Primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide ongoing support and management of Ross ERP (CDC Software) as well as future upgrades, trouble-shooting, repair, customization, training, etc.
- Manage and execute future global expansion of ERP system.
- Plan, develop, and execute future applications and solutions (RFID, Budget/forecasting tools, Demand Planning, CRM, Quality, additional reporting tools) to satisfy business needs.
- Develop and implement new process improvements through ERP and application to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization
- Maintain effective internal control structure ensuring proper documentation and procedures.
- Aid the company in current and future regulatory compliance challenges (SOX etc.)
- Overall project management of all ERP and Applications projects ensuring on time delivery within approved budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or business related discipline.
- Preferred MBA and/or Project Management Certification
- Prior experience as the project lead in ERP or major IT application implementation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT project management role.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
