Job Description and Qualifications Air Products Healthcare, one of the top five providers of home respiratory products and services in the U.S. and a subsidiary of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.(NYSE:APD), is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Warwick, RI location.

Job Description:

Air Products Healthcare is currently seeking highly experienced and qualified individuals to effectively manage and support all customer service functions. Customer Service Representatives will ensure customer satisfaction while promoting and fostering an atmosphere of teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

-Identifying customer needs and developing processes to achieve results.
-Receive and process approximately 35-45 calls per day.
-Collect all necessary data relevant to customer needs.
-Interpret, verify and process data to determine patient eligibility.
-Facilitate the delivery and pick-up of the equipment in a timely manner.
-Respond to customer issues that may arise during and after order processing.
-Learn, understand and maintain working knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
-Attend and participate in company Quality Assurance and Compliance in-service training programs.

Job Qualifications:

-Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Required
-High school diploma or equivalent; required.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume office setting.
-Polite telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills (written and oral).
-Basic computer knowledge and skills.
-Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
-Medical or Home Medical Equipment background preferred.
