POSITION SUMMARY:
The DA Nano Supply/Demand Coordinator is responsible for proactively developing, implementing, and continually improving the supply chain processes to support the uninterrupted supply of products to our customer base, while optimizing the supply network to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership for the business. The incumbent is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of DA NANO purchasing, production planning, inventory control, transportation planning and management, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) activities, and driving improvement initiatives to completion. This includes identification, evaluation, and ultimate selection of new suppliers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Assists the sourcing of all direct materials (raw materials, packaging, resale goods, etc), equipment, and resources used by DA NANO’s global production sites and manufacturing partners.
• Participates supplier selection, supplier development, Business Contingency Plans (BCP’s) and supplier quality improvement processes
• Develops and executes global Cross Site Leveling plan to match global inventory supply with customer/distributor demand
• Supports preparations for supplier negotiations and drafting of agreements/contracts
• Optimizes material sourcing strategies and material contingency plans for all production sites.
• Translates the global demand plan into an effective production and inventory replenishment plan, min/max levels, and manages execution of this plan through DIBM.
• With marketing and sales, manages the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
• Develops, manages, and optimizes transportation and logistics plans.
• Publish/maintain documentation of Supply Chain and vendor management process and procedures in accordance with DA NANO ISO9001 requirements
• Other duties as required, to include Purchase Order placement, processing receivers, and inventory reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• A BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Production Management.
• A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in one or more of the following areas; Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics/Transportation Planning, and Manufacturing/Operations.
• Demonstrated skills in the area of Supply/Demand Management, cross-site inventory leveling, and Min/Max calculations.
• Direct supplier management experience within Semiconductor/Electronics industry is a plus
• ISM or APICS Certification a plus.

•Strong organization skills and ability to execute to completion
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous and/or changing environments
•Strong problem-solving skills, including problem identification, analysis, solution, and implementation
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the DA NANO business unit and supplier network
•Ability to draft and publish detailed processes, work instructions, and supplier contracts.
